Cancellation Policy for Goosefoot Barn Cottages

We hope that once you have booked your stay, there will be no need to cancel.  But we appreciate that sometimes plans have to change.

Deposit Payments

We ask for a 25% deposit to secure a booking. This is fully refundable up to 3 months before your scheduled arrival date.

Cancellation Refunds

We will provide the following refunds on cancellations:

• • 100% with at least 3 months’ notice
  • 75% with at least 1 month’s notice
  • 25% with at least 1 week’s notice
  • No refund, less than 1 week

Booking Amendments

Where possible, we would encourage guests to amend their booking dates rather than cancelling altogether.  Providing this is done with reasonable notice, we will try to implement the change with no impact on pricing.
